Nails by Bambi is a private nail studio offering luxury gel services. My name is Yara, or you may call me by my nickname Bambi! I am a licensed nail technician specializing in : natural nail health dry, e-file manicures and hand painted nail art I pride myself in offering a safe and clean environment for my clients to receive the best experience possible. My gel polishes are all non-toxic, all implements are properly sterilized, and one time use items are always disposed of. Cancellation Policy
LATE/CANCELLATION POLICIES:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible.
•Services cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50 percent of the service.
•No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 95 percent of the service.
•If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may be unable to provide the scheduled service due to lack of time. This may result in having to reschedule the appointment entirely. If this is the case, the cancellation policy and it's fees will be implemented.
•If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment with no communication prior to the 15 minute window, your appointment will be marked as a no show and charged accordingly.
NEW CLIENTS:
•Please be sure to add removal services to your manicure appointment if you have existing product on your nails that is NOT my work. Removal services require extra time that must be accounted for. Failure to book a removal service when necessary could result in having to reschedule your appointment entirely due to lack of time. Late/no show policies and fees will apply.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
Nails by Bambi reserves the right to refuse service due to, but not limited to, the following:
• Disrespectful, threatening, or harmful behavior
• Open cuts/wounds, infections, sores, or other general nail and skin conditions observed to have the potential to harm the client (by receiving service) or service provider.
Nails by Bambi will never perform out of the limitations of their licensure. Nail technicians do not have the ability to diagnose or treat any ailments and are only licensed to perform services on healthy nails.
